Bilingual Benefit Assistant (Dodge City, KS)

Description:

 A Benefit Communication Administrator works on-site in Dodge City, Kansas with the client to support Benefit Communication Insourcing voluntary benefits staff as well as the client's Human Resource Department.

Work schedule is second shift,1:30pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday.

 

Duties:

Large volumes of filing daily

Issue insurance cards

Add or change employee status from medical insurance


Manage reports

Handling disability checks, answering phone calls, explain policies to employees
when needed


Handling benefit claims


Verify health bills


Working knowledge of Word and Excel



 

 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Solid organizational skills and demonstrated ability to be detailed

Effective interpersonal communication skills able to interact with all levels in the organization

Excellent customer service skills

Bilingual Spanish and English fluency required

Ability to work independently with limited supervision
